10 months ago I thought I had switched from Bosch Platinum to these so called NGKs. After 8000 miles I got code PO302 for misfiring. I changed the coils and injector on cylinder 2 not believing that the problem could be in the "NGK" spark plug with less than 10,000 and 10 months on them right? Not correct! On a whim, I unplugged it, and while the electrode wasn't fried, the plug wasn't, dammit, real NGK. Why? Because when I put an old 100,000 mile Bosch spark plug back in, the CEL was gone and the idle was 100 percent better! The moral of the story is, if someone tells you the stove is hot, don't touch it. or you'll get burned just like me!
