I like that they are always looking for ways of improving their software so it's easy enoughtfor us as users but also gives them lots more room in terms or functionality if required which helps our sales team out too! It can be difficult at times when you're not sure what your IT department will want/need - this means we have had some issues getting things implemented quickly (which isn't ideal!). This has been sorted now though through good communication before hand between myself & my manager :) Definitely recommend using Ks2 techies who know how important customer service really IS!! They've helped me solve problems within minutes sometimes rather than days / weeks etc by just being ableto answer questions straight away instead of waiting till Monday morning!
