Put this in my 2008 JKU. I was hoping this would help with my JOG problem but it didn't. The box works great. Short and crisp shifts – Jeep probably should have used them as standard. The derailleur comes with a gasket to fit between the gearbox and gearbox. The instructions are clear. I didn't lower the trance though - I just pulled the shifter bar from the top, top boot and bottom boot. He had a new piece of Styrofoam anyway, so it didn't come out in one piece. Remove four #30 Torx and the old gear will pop out at the top. Switch to B&M. A long #30 Torx or one with a 1/4" drive would be useful as it fits snugly.
