My JK jumped out of first gear. I removed the outer and inner shoe and rode like this for about a week, in that time it's only popped out once or twice. It appears that the inner duster rests on the shifter. B&M needs more pressure to get out of the aisle. I've been riding B&M (in boots) for a few months now and I love it.
