Review on Arlo Essential Video Doorbell Wire Free by Mike Modesto

I have had an Arlo CCTV system for several years and have been waiting for a wireless video doorbell for a long time. Finally, Arlo released their doorbell in December 2020. After I received my doorbell, I installed it and set it up with my base system. This week my Arlo Pro 2 cameras picked up a few deliveries, but the doorbell camera didn't capture a single event. Arlo support is terrible and the Arlo support community hasn't been much help either. According to the Arlo product description, the battery life is about 6 months. My FULLY charged battery lasts about 4-5 days. It's very bad if it seems like it doesn't work most of the time. I am returning it in the hope that I received a defective product. However, if the exchange doesn't work out better, I will also return it. $200 is a steep price for a video doorbell that can't detect a courier standing 6 inches in front of it. I am very disappointed in Arlo.
