Review on Uniware Electric Espresso Coffee Maker by Pete Gibson

I bought the 4 cup model because the 3 cup model was not available availability. The 4-cup mug is much larger (almost the same as my 6-cup DeLonghi Alicia). The coffee only rises to about the middle of the unnecessarily large upper chamber. And the heating element brings the coffee to the boil if you don't separate the coffee pot from the base in time or switch off the device. In other words, it's defeating one of its purposes as an electric espresso maker, i.e. it doesn't need to be guarded to keep it from boiling, like a stovetop kettle.
