Didn't like it at all. I have thick naturally curly hair and bought these hair ties based on other people's reviews. These bands are very snug on the hair and they are very thick across the width so I have found them to break my hair just as much if not more than a regular hair tie. Maybe if you have very thick hair and only need to wrap the tape once they are better but for me they were terrible. When I submitted my complaint to the company, the first thing I received was an email instructing me to return the product and pay the shipping costs again. However, I later received an updated email that I would receive a full refund excluding shipping costs. That's excellent customer service.
