The most important thing I like about this software is that it has all of my applicants information in one place, so when i need to contact them or do any other kind if recruiting work with an applicant they are right there! It also keeps me organized as well because everything from their application status through interviews can be seen at once which makes things easier than having multiple tabs open up throughout different applications/interviews etc.. Sometimes you have some issues where certain features don't always load but usually fixes itself after awhile without needing assistance by support staff (which could take time). This program helps keep track off who needs what type interview questions answered during each round along wtih keeping records regarding how many times your team interviewed someone before hiring then finally making sure everyone gets paid correctly afterwards!!
