I love to cook, but on most of my many years of business travel there is always a lack of a proper chopping board in the kitchen. This set solves that problem for me. Lightweight, durable and 3 different sizes allow someone to chop veggies while someone is cooking chicken or fish. They won't dull your knives and the bamboo is dense enough to prevent scars and spots for bacteria to collect. However, a thorough cleaning with hot water after each use is the safest way. Also recommend Bamboo Tree Oil, I bought Joyce Chen 34-4400, Bamboo Tree Oil, 8 oz. Works great to keep boards new and waterproof.
