Review on Multi-Color Cushion Socks for Men by Robert Toomey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great socks for me, suitable for every occasion, with every shoe.

Soft socks, crew or otherwise, come in a variety of flavors, from thin to extra thick, half to full. As far as I've been able to ascertain, any terms that fall between the obvious extremes of "thin" and "extra thick" are used inconsistently by manufacturers and are entirely subjective at best. These socks are soft - not too thin and not too thick! It should also be noted that these are crew socks, the leg of which ends below the shin by definition. I mentioned this based on a question from a buyer and observation from a reviewer. SPECIFICATIONS Heel length: 22 cm; Heel Cuff Length: 26cm; Leg Diameter: 7cm; Leg circumference: 22 cm; NOTE: I am suggesting these measurements for comparison as these socks fit me perfectly in a size 12ft. Fabric: 97% Polyester, 3% Elastane. their purpose (everyday, ceremonial, sport). I don't wear dress socks and the only athletic socks I wear are wool socks over silk when I ski. Otherwise, I wear everyday socks similar in design and appearance to these and $10-a-dozen cotton socks. I think it would be helpful to consider these socks in terms of their primary intended use and the fit of the fabric. These socks suit me very well. If the comparison helps, my shoe size is 12; my ankle circumference, just above the inner ankle, is 23 cm; Leg length from the floor to the lower edge of the lower leg 32 cm; the circumference of my leg on the top of the sock (cuff) 32 cm; the toe ends 5 cm below the lower edge of the lower leg. Still, I find the socks to be snug - not exactly supporting the tube tightly. (In the relaxed state, the girth of the toe is 22 cm, the girth of my leg along the cuff is 32 cm, my toe stretches to the required 10 cm without strain.) For me, this is a plus, because . The sock is unlikely to slip down the leg. I found the cushioning outsole compensated for the slight sag of my loafers - which is a good thing - without being too tight. I also don't think the cushioning is exaggerated, so that a well-fitting shoe doesn't become too tight. I don't particularly care about the extra arch support, but I buy shoes that inherently have the desired arch support; In fact, I may have overlooked the added arch support of a well-fitting shoe. These size 9-12 socks are perfect for my size 12 feet. As I mentioned earlier, I can't find any standardized specifications that define thin, medium, thick, extra thick, half or full cushions. The fact that half of one person is a quarter of the other doesn't matter in my opinion. Like it or not, these are soft socks. As mentioned, these are crew socks - below the calf. In addition to the buyer's question, one reviewer noted that the socks left rings on her husband's calves. Her husband probably suffers from achondroplasia because the sock that is the right size does not reach to the calf height. It can also be suspected that the husband in question suffers from peripheral edema ("distinct depressions around the calves”), which have medically diverse causes, and tight socks are not one of them. At 210 pounds I have a lot of flesh on my bones and my legs don't show the dents mentioned above after wearing them all day. Another also identified them as sneaker and winter boot socks. On the contrary, Tonya aptly remarked that these were "good everyday socks". It's great: summer, winter, casual, dress, sneakers, moccasins, loafers around the house: great. I highly recommend them.
