I have thick hair, I like the ability to adjust the temperature on this curling iron. However, the temperature dial is a bit difficult for me to use. I can get used to it with more practice, but since the last curling iron I bought and liked was over 20 years ago, it's a learning curve for me. I bought a large curling iron a few years ago but gave it away after I burned myself a couple of times trying to use it. Overall, I like the adjustable heat function, the ease of use as it grabs my hair but doesn't snag it, and the attractive pocket for storage. Free hair clips are a nice bonus! I would recommend this item.
