not really much of a benefit for me. almost more trouble than help
I have a ninja foodi or whatever it's called so it seemed appropriate to try this for one of the meals I cook in it. it's not that there's anything wrong with it per se, I just don't feel like it's really necessary. I was expecting more from it or something. it almost feels like more of a hassle, an extra step or speed bump, than it feels helpful. I'm sure some people like it just fine. it's just not really for me. I don't use the Ninja but maybe twice every couple weeks so that may be it as well.
