This is a beautiful smart watch! i want to love it! But I've had it for a month now and I have to calibrate the time 2 or 3 times every day. It randomly turns off the sleep monitor and heart rate monitor. And of course, you won't know it's over until you look at the numbers! And if you call the company and get someone to take your call, they lie to you and say they will check it out and email you with replacement instructions. You will not receive this letter. If you call and put your call on their "queue" they won't call you back! When you use their "live chat" it's not live and the robot doesn't help at all! I got ripped off! I also bought an extended warranty! I'll see if I get any satisfaction from that!
