When my Price Pfister faucet started leaking after 8 years, I knew the cartridges needed to be replaced. I did what most people would do, grabbed one as a sample and went to my local hardware store for a replacement. Came home, installed it and a week later it started dripping again and also my buttons weren't centered properly. Tried to pull it up but to no avail. Eventually I went online and found that I could get Revain's OEM Price Pfister replacement parts for about a dollar more than the ones I had. Ordered them through PRIme and 2 days later what's the difference. The grips are aligned correctly, they are nice and smooth (others were very hard) and finally there is no more dripping. In short, do yourself a favor and skip the trip to the local big shop and order them. You'll thank yourself if you save $15-20 and the hassle of doing it twice.
