I read a few reviews so here is my story. Overall a good design, but it doesn't live up to my expectations for a Dell product. 1) Arrived damaged although I doubt the shipping is conditional. A piece of the left armrest cover was broken. It's plastic and the tabs holding it in place were broken. 2) Assembly was difficult and shouldn't have been. a) The bolt used to attach the base to the vertical arms was very difficult to attach. The bolt is well screwed into the base and is also easy to screw into a vertical part. However, when the two pieces were assembled, I had to work hard to fully tighten the screw. Helped by wiggling the parts. In my opinion, this is a sign of poor quality production. 3) The supplied screws for the back of the monitor didn't work. They provided two sizes but neither worked. It was nice to have screws, I can see they were necessary when the monitors were different size monitors and mounting configurations. Luckily my monitors were Dell and the screws that came with the monitor worked on the panels. 4) The brackets were secured with tape for shipping. There is nothing wrong with this idea. However, the double used was a kind of ribbon with fibrous threads. This tape cannot be easily removed. The fibers and glue are still there. I had to cut the fiber to allow the fasteners to be moved along the arm. Mean. Use a different tape. 5) Everything has been backed up and backed up. Excluding packaging with screws. Which I didn't notice and of course ended the wrong way. They flew everywhere. In fact, it would be nice to add two more pieces of tape. In general everything is good but could be improved. It's difficult to make two screens completely flush with each other. It might loosen up over time, but I really don't expect to have to move them up and down much, so I don't see any loosening effect. If you want to put the monitors in the corner of a table, the screens don't rotate horizontally enough for a good angle out of the corner. Unless you have a very, very large table. I think the slight angular rotation is primarily intended to eliminate any flare factor. Likewise, vertical tilt works well for highlights and gives a wider viewing angle than horizontal tilt. The vertical height is good. I'm tall, so being able to raise the monitors to eye level will help my neck relax. At full height, the monitors are 7.5 inches from the tabletop. And 3.5 inches of ground clearance when fully lowered. I haven't seen this size anywhere. My monitors are 19", you will need to adjust the spacing for different sized monitors, but this should give you an idea of the spacing.
