My husband and I bought these boards for paddling rivers and springs. He is most comfortable kayaking, but wanted to be able to stretch his legs more than in a traditional kayak. I prefer SUPs to kayaks, but love being able to convert the board into a kayak for paddling in areas with stronger currents. We also have limited storage space so this iSUP seemed like the best fit for us. We enjoyed our first ride on these boards. They felt very stable and were easy to maneuver even in tight spaces. After our first ride we found a leak near a valve on one of the boards. The customer service department worked with us to try to identify and fix the leak. After troubleshooting with the helpdesk, it was determined that the circuit board needed to be replaced. The company worked with us to send a replacement and get us back on the water. Our customer experience has been very positive and we recommend this iSUP to anyone who likes to easily switch between paddling and kayaking.
