This mount looks great on the wall and provides easy and tidy placement for your headset and controllers. The only thing that bothers me so far (for a few weeks) is that the central part that holds the headset seems very fragile. I'll change my rating to 5 stars if it lasts more than a year, but I'm a little concerned as I don't want my expensive headset to fall on a hard floor if it breaks. Otherwise, the dowels and screws that came with it worked great.
