I like that it's easy for me as an individual user, but also allows my team members to use without any training or setup requirements.
The interface is not very intuitive at this time - there are some things you can do with it which aren't obvious until after doing them once (or twice). If your looking for something simple to get started quickly then jump sends might be what you're looking for! It has been great being able to have our customer service department respond directly from within one of our applications instead of having to go through emailing back-and-forth between two different systems.
