I ordered a small size for my dog based on the measurement chart (her neck circumference is 13 inches) and it barely fits around her neck leaving a finger gap with it she can breathe. It's reflective and the neon color comes out at dusk, but the triangle of fabric is really tiny and my dog's long fur covers half of it. I'm keeping it because I need something NOW, but I'll be in touch. look for the best option. If you're buying this, go up a size, especially if your dog is an inch off the next size up or has a long coat. Recommended with reservations.
