My dad needed some shoes to help him balance. After reading the reviews I thought this was the best choice. Well I was wrong. The first pair was too tight. Probably because his legs were swollen. So I had to send them back and get a size up, which wasn't a problem. The problem is my dad says they are too soft/soft inside. It's hard to please an old man. I have to find another insert to make him happy.
