I don't quite understand how I feel about this. It was recommended to me for the horrible cystic acne of pregnancy. First the smell: My kids say I smell like a little old lady. Do not buy if you are sensitive to bad smells. It has a certain drying effect. I don't know if I'll say it's helping my face, but it's not getting worse.
