This TDS meter appears to be well made. I get fast and consistent readings. Reverse osmosis machines used to fill 5 gallon drinking water bottles ranged from a 15 to 18. My tap water reading was around 270. I use it to ensure the fresh water I use for my marine aquarium is TDS 20 or less.
