The only reason I don't give this product five stars is because at the end of time it starts to burn/tingle on your forehead or the tips of your ears you have to wear. I'm pretty sure it has to do with my sensitive skin so be careful. It's also a bit frustrating to get all the hair in without other pieces falling out, but it's the same with any similarly designed hair mask/shower cap. It still works well on my hair and I usually brush it out right after the shower and say it will be smoother, softer and shinier as it dries. Because it's so intense, I only use it once a month.
