This is probably the best replacement Switch dock you can buy if you don't mind removing the board from the official dock (which is pretty easy, btw). Because it uses official components, there's no risk of internal damage to your console, and it works just like the official dock, only in a much smaller package. I only wish the quality control was at a higher level than the hole for the USB-C port that the Switch plugs into was too small to actually fit the USB-C port, and I had to sand it aggressively to make the hole big enough. I was kind of expecting this as I had replaced the back of the Switch and Joy-Con cases with a white BASSTOP kit a few days ago and I also had to do some sanding. I understand this is a cheap third party product, but I never have to sand your product to get it to fit together properly. It's also worth noting, as many others have said, that the dock blocks just over half of the Switch's air vents. I'm not sure if this is really an issue as while the original dock provided full airflow, it was also extremely cramped and the air wasn't very good at cooling the back of the console. This is annoying as apparently it could be solved very easily by simply adding a cutout behind the air intake and it prevents the dock from being perfect except for the mounting issue. I also had no issues with the tools or screws provided and it comes with a cut out strip of rubber feet to attach the screws to the underside of the dock after assembly. Overall I'd recommend it if you need a more sensible Switch dock. Watch a few youtube videos beforehand to get an idea of how to disassemble the original dock and be prepared to sand this down if necessary, but your mileage may vary.
