Attention! First let me say that I love water. BUT, no production process is perfect, and I got a lemon on the first try. I noticed rust in the LOWER chamber (so it didn't have a chance to filter out). I took a photo just in case and then carefully cleaned all the insides before assembling, so I figured everything would be fine. BAD LUCK. But first, when I washed the filters, I had a problem with the fluoride. They are filled with white grains and there is a small mesh to hold the material. At first you should expect some grains to come out, but one looked like the mesh was missing or broken. I called the number in the box, they said they would send a new pair (they only come in pairs). I wanted to try the water right away, so I plugged that side and filtered my first aquarium. It tasted like RUST. So emptied, cleaned and tried again - same problem. TIP: Check the inside carefully for rust before assembly. You can even leave some water on the floor overnight and taste the water. Once rust starts, you can't stop it by cleaning! So before cleaning, take a picture and send it back!. I called again and sent them the photos - they immediately sent a new base and some fluoride filters and also emailed a return label. It works great and the water is amazing. One more note: they say the faucet can be unscrewed by hand. I'm a travel size so the curve is more than the plus size. I don't know whose arms they think are so strong, but mine aren't! I had to use tongs (carefully) and keep testing until the water stopped dripping. I turned it 1/8 turn each time and it took 4 times for the water to stop dripping - NIGHT test - the last leak was very slow. Don't tighten the bushing, it's not that strong - tighten the inner nut. Despite my "lemon" experience, I like the product. And Support # replied on Sunday! And I got the new parts on Thursday!
