Clean feel and easy scraping to remove tartar

I got the Dr. Tung and 1 replacement toothbrush head received. The package includes instructions and FAQs. But let me go back and say that in the past I've had dental visits at best once a year, which usually goes like this. "Your teeth look great, but you need dental floss. You have a lot of tartar." Well, I don't have bad teeth, but I'm always scolded for the bad tartar that builds up behind my bottom middle teeth, which when I floss stays still until I see the dentist. Well I haven't been to the dentist in at least a year so you can imagine my growth has been pretty bad I recently decided to explore natural dental care products so I got hold of Nadine Artemis Holistic Dental Care book in which she recommended an ionic toothbrush and complained that regular toothpaste was actually bad for your teeth My curiosity peaked and I found Dr. Tung's Ionic Toothbrush and Natural Dentist Peppermint Sage Healthy Teeth and Gums Fluoride-Free Toothpaste without fluoride ordered a teeth cleaning kit, Natural Dentist toothpaste and Dr. Tung's ionic toothbrush. The cleaning kit came here first. So try I asked to clean my own tartar. As always when I floss, my gums bleed profusely at the slightest prick. I managed to scrape off about 50% of the growth, but the remaining 50% was stubbornly stuck to my teeth. My bleeding gums begged me to give up, which I did. Then came Natural Dentist Toothpaste. I've been using it for about 5 days or so. There is no big comment here. The taste wasn't terrible, not as minty as I would like, I think everything was fine. From that moment until today, the verdict on toothpaste has still been passed, especially since I read in my book that I shouldn't smear my teeth with glycerin because it interferes with their remineralization. Well, toothpaste has glycerin as its first ingredient. Find out! Well I just got Dr. Get Tang's toothbrush. I just used it and I absolutely love it. First I used it on teeth that hadn't been brushed since last night (and it's noon now). I didn't use toothpaste at all, just water. I didn't feel anything when brushing, except for the lower middle teeth, where everything bled about a week ago, I felt a slight but distinct pain in this area when brushing. I was hoping that the other 50% of the tartar would just fall off, but that didn't happen. It seemed like I fell for the bait of reviews and silly conversations. After brushing my teeth I used my dental tools again to try the last 50% and sure enough EVERYTHING came off. Also, there was almost no bleeding, which was just as surprising to me. All I can say for lack of bleeding is Natural Dentist Toothpaste. I don't recall reading anything about no bleed in ionic materials. Anyway, after scraping I decided to brush my teeth with my regular toothbrush using Natural Dentist Toothpaste and after rinsing, WOW! My teeth were sparkling clean, like after a visit to the dentist! I can not believe that. I run my tongue over my teeth and they seem so smooth, even from behind. I will probably order them as a Christmas present this year. Due to the lack of bleeding, I plan to continue using Natural Dentist Toothpaste. I am planning to use this ionic toothbrush due to the tartar loosening. I hope others have similar experiences.
