Well, it turns out I don't seem to bend my elbow very much behind my back, nor do I need to. It doesn't cost much so I'll keep it and probably wear it from a distance, just make sure my swing doesn't start to lose shape. I think this is definitely worth having in my golf toolbox, I need all the help I can get!
