The ability for employees to be able to access their tasks from anywhere at any time makes this an invaluable tool! I dislike that it's not as intuitive as other systems out there. It takes some getting used to when you first start using it (which can take weeks!). Also, sometimes if you are working with a lot of people or have multiple users accessing your account, it will slow down. Try it out - we've been very happy so far. This has allowed us to streamline our workflow which helps everyone get through more orders per day.
