The best thing about Riteq is its customer support, which I believe is one of the most proactive and responsive out there. They are always willing to help us get answers when we need them. However, sometimes it's hard for customers to get answers from their team members, as some do not know English very well. I've never encountered any issues with my account since I have been using it and I highly recommend this product. I have seen how easy it is to organize your employees from different departments, assign tasks to them and check their current status. Also, I like that you can send reminders to people to do their job.
