I have bought them several times for different occasions and I love them! The box is very colorful, they are packed separately. I know enough from previous purchases that the balloon part needs to be stretched to make it louder. The closer, the louder. So I tried to prep each of them beforehand but found that the ring holding them is not tight enough to stretch and can be easily removed. After the New Year, I discovered that many of the discarded horns were missing rings. Shame as I love it when my guests take them home to use for other events. I hope I just received some (3) bad boxes. We've had so much fun with them in the past that I'll pick them up and buy them again hoping they last as long as they used to.
