Good product, not disappointed.
Upon receipt, it was packed in a regular package, torn in several places. On the plastic bottom of the base, you can see a few notches from transportation, but this is not critical. Overall a good chair with clear instructions. Comes with a newborn insert. Easily changes the angle. Have tried it at home. The child is comfortable. The straps are well fixed, easy to change their length. So far I'm satisfied with the purchase, we'll see how it will be in operation.
