I'm 6ft 2in and 250lbs, I also have slightly large arms and broad shoulders. I found this shirt too small for my plus size. I found my hands could barely fit in the sleeves, the sleeves were too short and too small in the back and of course I couldn't button them up. In general, the size Large fits me perfectly and usually sits on the side, which is most modern fashions However, when I bought this shirt I bought others from Van Heusen and Izod in size L and found those that fit perfectly. I would recommend this shirt as I've found a nice material and light weight shirt but I would caution against going up a size.
