This one surprised me. It was wrapped in plastic and looked like it had never been touched.
I liked the product. I just wouldn't load. The point where you plugged in the headset for charging was damaged. When connected, it would move up and down. I turned it on to charge and in less than 2 minutes it turned off, no red or blue light. I would like one more please.
