Review on πŸ”Œ Essential Magic Hue Equivalency Compatibility by Keith Gonzales

It works, but it takes patience.

The product itself works, but application requires some work. Restoring factory settings to any device saves lives. I reset it while trying to connect to my network. Then I reset it again (after setting up devices, groups and scenes - annoying). I deleted n scene groups and couldn't delete the devices so I renamed them to the old ones. But when I went in to recreate the devices (the interface was different - stuck on a device - and the only option after pressing the + button to add a device was to connect to the network. After I I just connected to it and the devices reconnected, the app interface went back to normal. This is where the developers need to work. Then I created the group again. I couldn't create my scenes because you have to use scenes for Siri to work. In the first few scenes I created, I used "turn on lights", "turn off lights" I would say, the second time I created my scenes I wasn't allowed to use that phrase because "the Siri shortcut already exists." So I created the scenes using expressions I don't normally use. So the developers have to do some work. : RGB white and 100% brightness don't go to full e Brightness reset. Even setting other scenes to full brightness, I got stuck at 30%. So I tried deleting everything and starting over. So the stuff works but don't go crazy with all the scenes and features because this app is not finished in my opinion. I managed to turn Siri back on and off after 30 minutes of swearing. but a lightbulb that needs to have color, dimming, etc. isn't super crazy yet. And probably I won't experiment much because I won't go through the setup again. wish you luck Someone who enjoys grouping n scenes from other home automation apps will probably have a better understanding of the issues with that n app and do better. If not, you may be disappointed.
