I bought this when we got a new hot tub but didn't use it until the first flush months later. It didn't work the first time. I've gone through all the websites and manuals looking for instructions and I'm convinced we're using them correctly. It's now outside the return window, so we've acquired a piece of junk. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I hope the manufacturer or seller sees this and does the right thing on our part. Of course, this cannot come as a surprise as I am sure we are not the only ones who have experienced this faulty product.
