My new motherboard doesn't have the front USB-C port that was in my case. This is a small card, but it includes the necessary connector. I installed it in the 2nd PCIe 16 slot, connected the cable and booted into Windows 10. No additional software was required, Win 10 recognized the card. It's much more convenient to be able to connect flash drives and USB-C cables from the front, and you don't have to reach to the case and look for a slot.
