It’s just fabric and the band.
The band and fabric isn’t secure together so the skirt folds on itself and doesn’t look smoothIt’s shorter in length then I expected. I thought it would stop at the calves but it stopped maybe 2-3 inches below the knee.
- Very flattering fit. Trendy, can style it so many ways. Value yet good quality.
