Review on Mobile Pixels Monitor Screen Laptop 12.5", Portable, ‎101-1001P01 by Sankar Wooner

I bought this device to work with a new LG Gram computer with Windows 10. I look forward to working on two screens while I'm out of the office. God I'm not impressed! Bought the first unit and it arrived Tuesday afternoon. I loaded the drivers according to the instructions, plugged into the USB-C port and NADA! Tried a cheap USB-C to USB-3 adapter and the backlight came on but didn't show up. Tried contacting tech support via email and Facebook.NADA. So I called Revain directly and they (GO AMAZON!) issued a return label and helped me order a second unit (I thought the first was DOA). The second comes on Friday. SAME SUCH EXACT PROBLEMS. In fact, no one has beta tested these devices in the real world. Doesn't work on Win 10 latest version2. bad instruction 3. LETTERS BAD tech support, actually nonexistent4. Do not contact anyone at this company. I would avoid this device like the plague!
