This product was completely non-functional. I spent three days troubleshooting and in the end I had no luck. I read about four thousand comments from users on Kickstarter who had the same problems. The product is great, I had a little trouble getting it to work on my Mac, but it wasn't a real product bug. The driver that needed to be installed required execute permission and the FAQ was really old and didn't match the new OS. Installing it on the back of my Mac was very easy, but I would recommend placing it at the end of the screen. Due to its weight when the screen is extended, the magnets slide around a bit. I'm really happy with the product. Fast delivery and very well packaged. It works as expected and has a better resolution than my Lenovo Ideapad 330s. There are a couple of things I would like to improve: left orientation and cable routing. When delivered, it can only be positioned correctly. I have a second monitor at work, and having two monitors not only saves time but also sanity. It's much easier to look at the second screen than to minimize the window. I first saw this on Indiegogo and almost gave my thumbs up. Instead, I decided to buy a second monitor from Amazon. While it worked, it was impractical to take with you. I was very pleased with this product and have already recommended it to many friends, unfortunately, when I first installed it, there was a vertical line of dead pixels on the screen. This is very annoying as the dead pixel line is very distracting and ruins any full screen experience. There is no support number available to discuss these issues. I am very upset and will tell my friends to cancel their orders while they can.

Great for laptops. If you can change the mount instead of a magnetic one, that's much better due to the weight of the screen.

Don't waste money. This product is defective. The monitor always reboots every 3 minutes when connected, forcing you to reset windows in the application. Obviously, this doesn't work at all for Windows 10 Surface users.

We have not been able to get this to work on the new Airbook Pro and despite SEVERAL calls and emails tech support has not responded. Really disappointed

Connect it to Surface Pro 4 with the included USB cable. After installing the driver (successfully it said) it lights up for a few seconds and then goes off. When you restart the computer, it lights up several times but stays black. I bought a Surface Pro 6 and tried again. The same thing happened.

The idea of having two monitors was brilliant, but the design just didn't suit me. The weight of the additional monitor was too heavy as it was attached to the back of the laptop and my laptop slammed. It was also more difficult to open the laptop. I felt that over time it would affect the hinge on my MacBook.

Works well as an additional monitor for Thinkpad, but.1. Was very surprised at how hot it gets when left on overnight.2. The magnets are strong, but the monitor tends to slip a little. That being said, it's nice to always have an extra screen available.
