I wrote this to Eonon Support at 9pm on Sunday evening. What Monday. They don't answer the support number. And don't answer emails. Looks like a great product when it works but their support sucks. And hello, I've tried calling but you don't seem to be answering tech support #. I bought your Revain GA2185 car radio. See attached receipt and some other photos. I installed it and it boots while navigating through different screens. But then the rear camera setup menu comes up by default. I can't get to the home screen where I can select apps. I press the home button on the left and nothing happens. I also hit the back button and the same. Volume buttons increase and decrease white noise. The power button turns off the noise, but the screen stays on in the rear camera menu. can you help me? Thanks Doug
