This head unit could be great. But it's pretty slow and not very customizable. What I have always liked about the Android platform is that you can customize it to your liking. There are many settings and features that are simply missing. The only other major complaint is that the side soft keys don't light up. Update: the seller sent a link to the full firmware of Android 10. The USB modem seems to be recognized, but it still doesn't work. Found a way to temporary root. The updated version allows you to rotate the image on the screen, but not automatically, just by rotating the display like a regular tablet or phone. Pros and cons: The main unit was easy to install with the vehicle specific base kit. I also received an extra ISO harness adapter as the harness that came with the radio has a standard ISO connector. (8/17/2021) Update: Star added and previously removed star returned (4 stars) The volume knob and steering control issue mentioned in my original feedback is SEMI fixed. For some reason this only validates 4/5 keys and always considers the "missing" key to have the same function as one of the other keys.
