Excellent product and customer service at a great price. Technical support has been excellent so far with at least 4 email exchanges over a 3 day period developing the three outstanding gifts that come with this device and answering other questions before I ordered. 2000 Miata. Although the first ones I looked at could only be tilted up and down and had to be set and exited. Then I came across this device that can be rotated up and down, right to left, and rotated without locking permanently. The action is smooth and allows for easy adjustment to reduce glare. So far so good, the device and especially the technical support has exceeded my expectations. As with the other two din radios, I ordered an adapter harness for my old factory radio and a Crutchfield paint job. The only thing I didn't realize before ordering is that this unit has an ISO connector for speakers, power etc, not just bare wires like most other units. This makes installation in many newer vehicle models a simple plug and play process with no cables to splice or adapters to purchase. I would suggest checking the wiring of your existing stereo to see if it has this ISO connector which would later become the industry standard. car models.
