I received the pc today and it was fine but after installing the updates I noticed that the task manager shows 4 occupied slots, this type of pc only has 2 slots, the total of physical memory installed in the PC, two 8GB Dim, total 16GB. I checked the bio and it shows 32GB of storage and 4 slots. It looks like the BIOS has been hacked to force the OS to show 32GB of memory when it only has 16GB, additionally the install shows June 7th 2021 and today is the date of June 6th 2021 and everything was fine before the application updates. Tomorrow June 7th I will be calling tech support and asking for clarification regarding 4 slots on a computer that only supports 2 slots. and 32GB, while the size of the physical memory is two 8GB.
