Why the company didn't make a one piece frame and two piece frame for this product I don't understand. For the price you pay, you can't expect a company to skimp on materials. The instructions really need to be clearer. Also, the bottom butt mounting hole will flex with use as other reviews suggest (use the hole above the bottom hole to avoid this). I found the installation a nightmare and did not return the product mainly because I was so exhausted after the installation. What could be better with guidance? Explain at what average distance from the ceiling it should be installed. Better explain that the piston must be assembled with the thick end attached at the bottom and the thin end attached at the top. Note that other mounting holes should be used when bending, which has happened to me, although my mounting measurements are correct.
