Hey feathers have feathers and seem fine. My complaint relates to the included installation tool. When I installed the fourth spring, the metal of the tool broke away from the plastic T-handle and shot along with the spring across my yard and toward my house, narrowly missing my bedroom window. I'm so glad my kids were inside and there was no one on the opposite side of the trampoline from me or they could have seriously injured themselves. I installed the rest of the springs using another spring that I don't need as a makeshift tool. I didn't take pictures, but my vinyl siding has a dent from a spring impact from about 60 feet. So when you need it, use the springs, but throw the tool away lest you hurt yourself or others. .
