Review on Get the Buyer's Point 2-Port Cat6 Wall Plate with Single Gang Bracket for Low Voltage Mounting by Clayton Morris

A simple way to connect network cables.

The product came in very handy when I needed to run a CAT 7 network cable from one part of my house to another for my Roku box that ran through the bypass room under my computer room. I didn't want to use raw cable, so I bought a pre-made network cable with connectors on each end. With a raw cable, all the small wires would have to be connected to a jack at each end, either soldered or hooked under numerous machine screws. This female to female connector allowed me to connect the cable behind the wall by simply plugging in a new cable. Installing the socket was easy as the female socket only needed a small hole. The socket came with a rectangular bracket which would make fitting easier if you wanted to cut a hole big enough for the bracket. I didn't do this, so I just cut a roughly 1" square hole and then used screws to attach the faceplate to the wall. BTW I couldn't find anything like this at any of the big local stores, and Prime came with it it in 2 days, so problem solved.
