The best thing about this tool was its ability of tracking shipments from start till end without any delay or hassle at all! There's nothing much I dislike in terms as far Shipping Tracking goes but when you have multiple users using same software then managing each user can be tricky sometimes (especially if they share computers).

Also there are times where we use our own custom fields which will not work with nexxship so make sure your inputs match before purchasing otherwise things might go wrong later downthe road!! Make good decisions while doing research because once purchased price increases drastically too. We used them along side other tools like ups hub etc..
