Review on Enhanced Aerobar Bracket Riser Kit in Sleek Black - Profile Designs by Paul Koehler

Overpriced - Parts & Components

Profile redesigned the armrests for the T3+ Aero handlebar and made a mess of it. Aerobars now cover too much of the handlebar and you can no longer move the elbow pads away from the handlebar. If you want to ride flat-handed, consider buying these risers, which raise the entire aerobar. Shipping took so long I printed my own 30mm PETG carbon fiber risers (100% fill) and paid $5 for eight M6 45mm bolts (I made a few for my daughter) . Mine probably weren't as strong as these, but I've ridden it 100 miles with no problems. Mine costs about $10 for two pairs - these cost over $50. They are really difficult to install. If you have handlebar spacers like me, you will need to hold 6 pieces with one hand while tightening the bolt with the other. A bit of tape to hold the gaskets in place makes things a lot easier. Considering it's just a solution to a bad design, they cost too much and take too long to ship.
