the item said big dog but just my dog head will do. she is 75 pounds. Difficult to pick up and disappointed as I wanted to use it outside to keep out of the sun on hot days. It was written that it would be for large dogs. I think it's 2 feet tall and round, maybe a little more. ideal for small dogs or cats
