Can't get her out

I can't unscrew them, I've had them for several months and I haven't been able to get them out ever since.
I will cut them off at this stage.

Pros

I loved it! My 4 year old daughter is allergic to nickel and has not damaged her earlobe.

Cons

They faded after a few months. Buy something else!
